How do I set the clock on my FP2000?

My FP VIs return an incorrect timestamp. I need an accurate time reading from them for my program. Is it necessary and possible to set the clock on my network module?

You should have a setting in MAX to set an IP address for a computer which will be a time server. This is supposed to synchronize the FP with the PC, but as far as I've seen, it doesn't always work smoothly.
You can also use RT Set Date and Time from VI.lib\addons\rt\ets\rtutility.llb.
Run it on the FP to set the time and date. You may need to run the program twice because it doesn't always seem to work if you run it once.
