How do I use Signal Express (v2.0) with Compact Fieldpoint?

I can't find how to use Signal Express v2.0 with Compact Fieldpoint.  I have input channels on the fieldpoint that I want to use in signal express.  A short answer that I got was with shared variables but that hasn't led me  anywhere.

Compact FieldPoint is not supported with Signal Express v2.0.  A list of hardware supported by Signal Express can be found here.

Will it be supported in a future version, since it's still not supported has of version 2.5.

There are currently no plans to add FieldPoint/Compact FieldPoint support to Signal Express.
