How to correct cFPAI112 offset of 3mV (+-60mV range) when Vin is shorted to COM?

I am seeing a 3mV offset on my cFP-AI-112 when Vin is shorted to COM on the +-60mV range.  How can the offset be adjusted?

• How old is your cFP-AI-112?
• Is the offset present on all channels?
• What happens when you select a different input range?
