How to set a relay output to go on and off like a blinking indicator on the screen in labview?

Just wondering how you would go about setting a relay output to energise and de-energise or in other words behave like a blinking LED indicator on a labview application?

Use a loop with a shift register (right click on the loop border and select "Create shift register"). Place the "Not" VI from the Boolean palette in the loop and wire it to both nodes of the shift register. The data flowing through the wire will change from T to F and back with every iteration of the loop.
