I/O module on fp1600 becomes disconnected after 20 min

I'm using Labview 6.1 with field point system that has the following:
FP1600
FP AI 110 two modules
running on windows 2000
after running the system for 25 minutes the I/O modules
becomes disconnected despite that link and 100Mb leds still led on on the FP 1600

please tell what do you recommend ...

note; system was running for two days continuously before three weeks and it was okay as all recommended configuration including IP address and time server and others....
the bank is connected the PC direclty through 100 MB 3com ethernet card.

The FP-1600 usually will fail in this manner when it is in an environment subject to EMI. Here is a KnowledgeBase that describe how to protect your FP-1600 against EMI.
