the output of the FP-PWM-520, but am seeing a slow drop off (5ms) after the signal goes to the OFF state. Also when in the ON state there is a large amount of noise, +/- 1V. I am using a supply of 12V through an FP-2000. Any idea why this is happening? What does the 12 V supply look like (on the scope) going into the FP-2000? A 1Vpp noise is unusual for a FP-PWM-520 but any noise going into the module's power supply (i.e. into the V & C terminals of the terminal base that has the FP-PWM-520) may appear on the output of the module.
A slow drop-off may be due to external capacitance. What is hooked up to the output of the FP-PWM-520 channel that you are testing?
