What I can do if while updating the firmware of FP 1001 the serial link was broken ? CAn I recover the module ?

After the serial link was broken the FP 1001 wasn't found by FieldPoint Explorer .What can I do to solve the problem ?

Contact National Instruments Support and request an RMA for the module. At National Instruments, they can reprogram the corrupted firmware to repair the module.
