I have problems to find devices in MAX of my FP-2000 connected with ethernet

I have problems to find devices in MAX of my FP-2000 connected with ethernet, also the modules connected to my FP-2000 just have the Power Led On, and the status led is Off. I already checked the pins from connector to see if they were damaged, and downloaded the last firmware. The Led status on my FP-2000 is off. I can see in MAX on the Remote System that the FP-2000 is present and is connected and running, but can't configure its I/Os when trying to find devices the computer tells me that the connection to a remote device timed out.

Try this: in MAX configuration, right click on the FP-2000 name and choos "find devices". Give a name to the FP-2000 and Let MAX list all it devices.
On Tools/FieldPoint mark the option "Download item name on save", save it, and reboot the FP-2000.
