Labview RT application problem

I am using Labview RT and have a time critical RT vi. When I use RT Communication Wizard to generate its host computer program and run it at host PC, I got a error message says: serial port framing error. Network connection not yet estiblished. How can I setup the TCP/IP connection?

Anyone could help me on this issue?

Have you configured the FieldPoint in MAX?  And on the same computer?  Can you see the values? 

This would be one way to ensure you have connectivity with the FieldPoint.
