Since I downloaded FieldPoint 3.0 I keep receiving error 32800 after it goes through the FP Open VI. It keeps saying that I have an invalid server name or that I don't have access. Why is this occuring since my iak path and file are updated?

There are a number of possible reasons for what you are seeing.
1) You may not have been logged in as an Administrator when you installed FieldPoint Explorer.
2) If you are not specifying the path into FP Open.vi, the FieldPoint Server attempts to load the last IAK file. If you have not opened an IAK file in FieldPoint Explorer after the upgrade from 2.0.x to 3.0.0., FieldPoint Explorer will not have a memory of the IAK file and be unable to find it.
3) If you installed over the existing installation, and did not de-install first, one or more files may be conflicting.
4) If your LabVIEW installation was not detected, the fplvmgr.dll may not have been updated. This file should be under \program files\national instruments\labview 6\vi.lib\fieldpoint\subvis
