Hi Ravichandran,
I would phrase your question slightly different, actually what you need to know is the update rate you can achieve with the FP-AO-200, in other words, how fast you can change the value in the output.
The FP-AO-200 has a maximum update rate of 200 updates/s, this is the limitation of the module itself.
However you have also to consider that the FP-1601 is connected to the network and for that reason is also affected by the network traffic, so the final speed will also be limited by the network, this is normally not the case when you have a small system and a network with normal traffic, however if you want take a look at this information would be helpfull :

In your case (to keep things simple) I would concentrate in the update rate of the module (200 updates/s) and I would be aware that Max frequency of the Sine Wave will depend on how many samples your sine wave is comprised of, for example I could easily (and poorly) represent a sine wave with an array of ten numbers, so to have a whole cycle of the sine wave output I would need only ten updates on the analog output, which can be done in 0,05 seg (having in mind you can do a maximum of 200 updates/s). If it takes 0.05 seconds to ouput the sine wave, its frequency is equal to 20 Hz.
The Min sine wave frequency is 0, since you can output a constant value.
I hope it helps
