Why can not see the FP-1600 from the FielpPoint Explorer? While I am trying to configure.

I am having problem while I am configuring the FP-1600. When I click the "Browse" to find the unconfigured FP-1600, the system remote explorer show a message "No module find on local subnet" I have tried connecting the FP-1600 on the same Hub, and also using the cross cable and connecting directly to PC, but is the same problem.

I have use the dip switch to reset the FP-1600 and returned to the normal mode, but I can not see it from the system remote explorer to configure, also I have seen that while the FP-1600 is on reset mode, the system explorer shows it up like unconfigured with t
he IP address, subnet mask, DNS server IP, gateway IP, and time server IP are set to 0.0.0.0, but it doesn't show up after power down and changed the dip switch setting and power it up again.

How can I solve this trouble?

Hi Omar RC,

First, I would verify that the status light on the FP-1600 stays lit and does not flash. This means that the module is in the unconfigured state.
