cFP-2020 ethernet link LED does'not light

After a reset, CFP-2020 ethernet link LED doesn't light and the CFP could not be found from MAX. I tried many times, still no luck. The status LED kept blinking (1). Any idea? May the ethernet port be damaged?

The status LED blinks "1". It had been reset and all switches are OFF. But, no matter how I tried, the ethernet LED won't light and MAX could not find it. Any idea?

What are all the steps that you have tried? Have you:

1. Tried pushing the switches to the On position and then back to the Off position?
2. Power-cycled the controller?
3. Reset the controller again using the reset button?
4. Checked if the reset button is stuck (you should be able to feel the button go down when you press it)
5. Tried using a different cross-over cable to connect to your computer?
6. Confirmed that the ethernet port on your computer still is functional?
