Under the Measurement I/O palette.  If it's not there, check to see if you actually installed the fieldpoint drivers after installing LV 2009.

I found a link for the Fieldpoint drivers and downloaded them but still do not see the VI's when working on the block diagram.

Hi russell-p,

What version of the FieldPoint Driver did you install?  For LabVIEW 2009, you'll need at least NI-FieldPoint 6.0.5.  Also, make sure that LabVIEW 2009 support is included:

Double-check that the FieldPoint VIs exist at  [LabVIEW 2009]\vi.lib\FieldPoint as well.

I cannot find these VIs either...can't find them in the functions palette or in the vi.lib location......but I can see that the Fieldpoint 6.0.5 is installed in MAX

Depending on version of LV, palettes in LV may be context sensitive. Try creating a project and add a fieldpoint target to the project.  Right click on the FP Target in your project and select new >>vi.  Now the FP functions should show up
