I'm running an older Fieldpoint system, connected to my PC via RS 232. I've recently upgraded to a newer PC and now I frequently (several times per day) get error "32828 at FP Read.vi" which halts execution of my vi. I understand what the error means, but am unsure how to address it. I do not see how changing PC's could cause such a timing issue, but that is the only thing I've changed. I copied my vi's and the .iak file to the new PC so I'm certain all of the settings are identical. I am using the same version of Labview as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
