lab View Real Time

I want to be able to view the front panel of an embedded vi ( using internet explorer ) on a controller ( FP-2015 ). Every time I type in the IP address on Internet exporer I get a message saying that I do not have permission/access. On the RT Options in labview, I have no restriction on the people allowed or the files allowed to be viewed?
