pH measurement using FieldPoint and LabVIEW6.1

I am using FP-AI-110 and FP-AO-210 to acquire data from pH probe into my program. When I connect the pH probe with the system and run the program, it gives me error message that specific tag not found as I am using the proper name for every field. As my pH probe is already calibrated, I am not putting code for calibration.

FieldPoint requires an exact match on the name with what is in the .IAK file.

Check the IAK file you are using.
Check upper-case/lower-case
Check for extra "space" characters.

Hi Ben! Thanks for your reply. I have already checked all the things which you have suggested. Still I am getting the same error. I am really new to LabVIEw but I have already checked about what have you suggeted for my problem
