Flexlogger Lite version installation

Hi all,

I have a cDAQ system and would like to use a free version of Flexlogger. However, even if I use the free version link here for installation, it seems the install file includes the Lite and Full versions. I did not find any place I could choose the version when I installed it. After the installation, it asked me to log in to activate it. I did so and it shows I only have a 45-day activation. I am confused. How do I get the free Lite version?

Version is detected based on license status, some features will be disabled for use. 

You've to do nothing, in the 45-day trial period you get to use the full version and after that if not activated you will be able to use only the free version's features.

But how do you get FlexLogger Lite?  After the evaluation term expires it wants an activation key.  It doesn't appear to just auto-roll to FlexLogger Lite.  The computer FlexLogger is installed on doesn't have internet access.  I don't think NI has the phone activation option anymore.  Everything is online, which is a real issue when having computers not allowed access to the internet.  Even the 'want more info' option wants to access the internet.  Frustrating.  Installed version is FlexLogger 2025-Q1.

To get the Lite version, you need to log in with NI credentials. There is no way to use the Lite version offline, as the FlexLogger attempts to check for an activated license. If not available, it must be able to validate the user login with NI servers over the internet.
