Missing Serial Number

Hi,

I'm trying to register the free version of FlexLogger in a computer that doesn't have access to the internet. The Offline Activation Code Generator (https://www.ni.com/my/s/support/offline-activation?language=en_US [ni.com]) requires a Serial Number, but serial the field is empty on the NI License Manager (see attached print screen). The software says it will expire in 6 days. How else can I find the serial number?

Oh, from what I understand, offline activation is not possible for free version. In other words, FlexLogger must be connected to internet to use the free version. I believe NI needs to keep track of all free version usages.
