I was totally sold on G Web at NI Connect 2022, and it is concerning to see signs of discontinued support. I agree with many of the critiques above, and the need transparency is huge. My general feeling about G Web at this point is that the whole thing is almost great. There are tons of features, but none of them are quite what I want. In addition to what has already been said...
I love what G Web provides, and t looks like the groundwork has been laid to address all these things, but it needs patches and feature updates.

This is really too bad. What a great idea and already so far along. I would love to use it, but clearly I'd hit a problem at some point in development and have to abandon it.
It's a shame NI can't (or won't) open source some things and get the community involved in development. It would have pulled more people into their ecosystem and grown their user base. Now they have an attractive product with big flaws which are not going to be fixed. Hard to see anyone adopting this going forward.

Hi,
I want to provide an answer to the state of G Web.
Unfortunately, due to regulatory requirements, we are unable to continue to support G Web, and it will be moving to Limited support in the coming year. Please see this post for more information.
Best regards,
