need RoboRio repair or replacement asap

Hello, our RoboRio 2.0 stopped working during our first qualifying match and we have no backup. I requested diagnosis and repair but was told that this was not available for our unit. None are being sold on the NI site or AndyMark at this time. Can anyone at NI please help me purchase two RoboRio 2.0s? Our need is urgent and we are panicking.

What do you mean by "stopped working"? Does the device not turn on at all? Any LED lights working?

We had an issue mid-round and our bot stopped working. When we inspected it we saw that there had been a surge in the Nav x 2. We replaced the Nav x with several others but it did not fix the problem. We borrowed a RoboRio and it started working again. Unfortunately we do not have another for our next competition. I am assuming the Nav x. sent some sort of a surge that may have damaged the Robo Rio? We gave it to the repair folks at the competition site and they said there wasn't anything wrong with it, but it just doesn't work any more. I was hoping NI could check it out and possibly repair it, but we really need to purchase 2 new ones as well.

More specifically, the roborio itself turns on and runs robot code, but does not supply power to a navx through the ports in the center of the rio. (Apologies for the delay in details... I am just the purchaser and not the one who uses it... I need to get answers from my team)

Apologies for the late response. Has the team checked (with a multimeter, a different device or another navx if possible) that the ports do not supply any power?

Hello JessNI! There is power to the RoboRIO, but no power to the 5 volt pins in the center of the RoboRIO.
