Can NI SCOPE Soft front panel be inserted as an object in a VB program?

I recently purchased a high speed digitizer (NI USB-5132), and was lead to believe that the NI SCOPE soft front panel, or something comparable could be inserted as an object in a Visual Basic program.  Is this correct? If so how would I go about doing that?  I have seen the Visual Basic examples that come with NI-SCOPE, but I am looking to get my application going quickly, with minimal extra programing.

I imagine this is possible, but sounds more like an issue for a Visual Basic forum.  The soft front panel is just an .exe found in C:\Program Files\IVI\Drivers\niScope, so you just need to find a way to embed an exe within your visual basic application.  A quick google search turned up the following thread:
