Can a frequency of 14 gigs be measured with NI products?

I need to analyse a 14 gig spectrum and the best I can see with NI products is just under 3. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, at the current time, the fastest signal that National Instruments offers an analysis product for is 2.7 GHz. This is the NI PXI-5660 RF Vector Signal Analyzer:

If you need to work with a signal at 14 GHz, you would either need to go with a product from another company or take a different approach to analyzing your signal.

I will leave your question open to the forum to see if anyone has experience with hardware capable of measuring at those speeds.
