Dear Ali65,

It seems something went wrong during installation of the driver. At least I would try to uninstall and than reinstall the driver. If it still exists, I would try to reinstall the 3.7 version driver to see, if we have problems with 3.8 driver itself, or something went wrong in the system.

Please try these reinstallations and let me know the results!

Best regards,

I have installed NI-DAQmx Version 9.3 on this test PC.

Is it possible that installing NI-DAQmx installation corrupted the NI-SCOPE setup?

Can I have both of NI-DAQmx and NI-SCOPE products installed on the same test PC?

Do they need to be installed in a specific order?

Hi Ali65,

You can have both installed on the same PC, they shouldn't bother each other. Even the order is not relevant question when it comes to drivers. Though it is important to install first the development environment(ex.:LabVIEW, LabWindowsCVI)and than the drivers.

I don't think that DAQmx installation corrupted NI-SCOPE, however just in case I would reinstall both after uninstalling them.

Let me know what were the results!

Best,
