NI 5112 analog input and PCI 6250 analog input

Hi,

I have a test fixture with one DC analog input connected to CB-68LP connector, pin AI0 and pin AIGND with a resistor across using PCI 6250 boards.and another shock pulse voltage waveform connected to NI 5112 ch 1 input from the scope ouput of my test fixture.

My test fixture has no problem with the current source and voltage output from the scope, cause I have already tested these two
ouput using digital multimeter and oscilloscope.

The problem is I got a O V from my test panel of PCI-6250. I should suppose to get 0.61V. If I disconnected the ouput BNC cable from my
test fixture of the scope output to the NI 5112 CH1. I will get the 0.61V from my test panel of PCI-6250. I don't understand why?
Can you answer this question if someone know.

Regards.
Wang

P.S. I have already tried to test the NI 5112 board and the test fixture scope ouput individually using the SPF software. I got the signal.
