The problem you are seeing sounds like a device resource problem which should be independent of NI-SCOPE. Does the NI-SCOPE Soft Front Panel ever give you a failure? If so, what is the error code it gives you? About how many times does it take before the error occurs?
The issue with disk space/memory seems odd. NI-Software usually only checks these things when you are running an installer of some sort. When is this error occuring/what program is throwing it?
My suggestion without having further information would be to uninstall NI-SCOPE completely (view the NI-SCOPE readme for instructions on doing this, uninstall the card, perform a clean reboot, install the card, then install the latest version of NI-SCOPE again.
