Hi.
My PCI5122 stop working suddenly today and the Measurement&Automation self-test report 'Error -200313 occurred'.
I tried to reset this device but failed because of the same error.
Then I uninstalled it in Device Management and restart computer. The card can be installed again but still couldn't pass the self-test.
Here has a problem looks the same, althrough the card was not PCI5122. http://forums.ni.com/t5/PXI/Error-200313-occured-at-self-test/td-p/564736
Should I send it back for repair or there is something else can be done?
Thanks very much!

HI Cat,
The self-test is one very fundamental function of the device. If it fails persistently, that usually indicates the device will need to be repaired. You can call into RMA at 866-275-6964.
Just out of curiosity, how long have you had the device? Have you ever had the device RMA'd before and if so, when? If you can provide a Serial Number, I could look this information up to answer my questions.
