Perform measurements on saved waveforms

I guess I had none in particular in mind.  I am planning on performing various measurements on the waveforms and feeding the measurements to a histogram to look for common characteristics.

I found that the waveform measurment ( amplitude ) vi(s) are not very accurate.

You have to say more than that.  How are they not very accurate?  How are you able to determine that?
