Hi Pim,
Thanks for your post.
There is an instrument driver for this device at the below link.
The provided API will work in the LabVIEW 7.1 environment. I hope this helps.

I also have a Tek 2022b Scope, and would like a driver. I have tried the above link, but it fails.
I am running 2009 LV pro, and have installed the Software from Tek, which is " NI LabView Signal Express Tektronix Edition, LE ". I have Activated the SigXTekEd_Lite, and disabled the "Full" Options. I am able to Save a project.
I am confused. I read on the Tek disk documents that the LE edition is limited in VERY SPECIFIC ways, and that only some advanved math routines are not available. However, on the NI site, NO mention is made of the Tek edition, only the LE edition. It states that the LE will work for only 10 minutes after a session begins, AND you can not save a project (and code). I specifically bought this scope based on the Tek website, and link to NI's website that did not list these limitations. What is the real deal?
Help please, as I intend to return this scope if in fact I have to buy the full version vs the Tek version as delivered.
Thank You,
Charlie

Hi Charlie,
I am not an expert on the instrument control side of things (this forum is specific to NI Digitizers whereas the instrument control forum may know more about it), but I believe there is a good comparison chart between the Full and LE version of SignalExpress Tektronix Edition in the Getting Started with LabVIEW SignalExpress - Tektronix Edition manual beginning on page 2-2 through page 2-5. Based on what I read, it sounds like you were correct about not being able to save projects and only running for 10 minutes at a time, but that is only after your full 30-day evaluation period is expired and if your project contains licensed steps. Apparently the Tektronix-specific steps are not considered licensed steps, so you should be okay, even after you go into unlicensed mode at the end of the 30 day period.
Also, as far as the "driver" goes, it is really just a compilation of NI-VISA calls specific to the device so that you can easily program the device with LabVIEW. If you would prefer to stick to SignalExpress, you should not need the driver; otherwise, if you wish to program the device yourself in LabVIEW, you can find the driver here. There appears to be both a plug and play style driver and an IVI-compliant version.
Hope this helps!

Daniel-
I got all up and running, and I am confident that all will work after the trial period, as I activated the LE version, and took out all the "full" features.
I do like the full version, however, and if I can find it for a decent price I may get it. If you come across any deals, please keep me in mind.
I was able to install the driver in LV, and all works as advertized.
Thanks for your help,
Charlie
