how to read an oscilloscope with GPIB-USB-B?

my bpib-usb can communicate with an oscilloscope HEWLETT-PACKARD,54520A, but the GPIB analyzer gives me an error message.
What I need is to repeat the oscilloscope and a network analyzer (HP 8756 A) screen on my computer.

Hello aaaaaa,

Thank you for contacting National Instruments.

It appears that you are able to communicate with your instrument using your GPIB-USB-B card, but you are not able to use the GPIB analyzer in MAX.

The reason you are unable to use the GPIB analyzer is because the GPIB-USB-B card is not an analyzer card. The following link will provide a list of our plug-in GPIB Analyzers:
