pci 5112 is reading 0.2 volts more than the supplied volatge...

Hai,

I am using PCI 5112 to acquire a square waveform from a sensor. But the voltage read by the 5112 card is always more than 0.2 to 0.3 volts  than the supplied voltage.

I am doing the self calibration of the 5112 card programmatically at the intialisation of the application.

I acquired the same signal with another PCI 5112 card and that is giving the correct value.

Help me to solve this issue.

Bye,
M.Valliappan.

Are you seeing an offset or is the ppk value greater?  Is it a new device or have you been using it for a while?  If it is not new, has it ever read the correct voltages.  It may need to be thoroughly calibrated.  Take a look at the attached knowledge base entries and see if the procedure helps.  If this does not work, I would recommend sending the device in for calibration.  Or if you have your own calibration dept, send it to them.  Let me know how it goes.  Thanks and have a great day!
