I am not sure what your specific question is, but I wanted to point out that we do have  instrument drivers for the tds 210 at ni.com/idnet.
That's a good way to get started with programming the instrument. Hope this helps.

 I just couldn't figure out from the N.I driver how to read data from two channels simultaneously in order to plot a real time xy chart as seen on the scope screen.
A small (big) tip will be halpfull.
