labview to arduino with shields (16 servo shield.. Help)

for the love of all that is holy. i am trying to find any help on how to connect my arduino with a 16 servo shield. I know that in arduino code i have to call out that servo lib. or something like that but i have not clue on how to do it in labview any a

Hello! i recommend you using I²C for communicate with that shield in order to control motors. 
Is that a PCA9665 IC on the board?
