SolidWorks

On Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013.   National Instruments is sending a rep to the SolidWorks user group here in Austin.  Just down the street at Signature Science LLC, 8329 N MO Pac Expy, Austin, TX.

I would love to see as many people as we can attend this. I think there is a great deal of opportunity.  SolidWorks is a 3D engineering design program that is used to make Cad (Computer Aided Design) models.  Similar in apearance to a video game image but with engineering data such as material type associated with it.

LabVIEW and Solidworks can work together.  I encourage you to come take a look at what is possible and what you could do in your world with it.

I have been trying for several years to crosspolinate the two groups.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
