In Interpolation mode, only I data is considered and mixer is bypassed. Using the quadrature mode, you can try doing the same. Set data only on I (Q=0) and carrier frequency=0. Make sure the signal frequency components are >250kHz as the output is AC-coupled. Hope this works for your case.
