It ends up I can get LV 8.5 installed, but I do not have LV FPGA 8.5 😞   We thought the software package we had for LV 8.5 also had the FPGA toolkit, but it does not 😞  Looks like I'm back to ground zero using LV FPGA 8.2 and LV 8.2 😞
