Interfacing NI-5640R in matlab

Can someone help me with interfacing NI-5640R in matlab? Its PCI interfacing. I am pretty good with matlab, but never tried stuff like this. Also are there any example codes for NI-5640R card in matlab?

Just to make sure, are you trying to write Matlab code to run in the FPGA of the NI-5640R? or are you trying to write Matlab code to run in the Host VI that is interfacing with the NI-5640R board?

Yes i am trying to write Matlab code to run in the FPGA of the NI-5640R. I want to generate a simple sine wave and see the o/p in matlab using the FPGA on the card.
