                     i doubt if ur suggestion would work coz my doubt is

did u see that i am trying to output a sine wave from the fpga to the DAC output..... when my sine wave --> DAC.....should that sine wave be sampled to a digital format  before feeding it to the DAC output or will the dac automatically do the conversion of sine to digital at the feed point

I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE output of DAC but the feed point of DAC......

can input be in sine form or should i digitize form before sending it to DAC

Hi Valli

I don’t understand your question.  The output of the Sine Generator is a digital signal.  Its samples of 16 bit integers.  So I don’t know what you mean when you ask if you should digitize it……
