Im looking for any information how to use this card under labview control, specially looking for vi's or dll ready to use. Or some information how to use API provided by advantech.
After searching the Instrument Driver Network (IDNet), I did not find any drivers for your device. There are Windows DLLs and examples included with your the device (It is one of the main features). You can call these from LabVIEW using a Call Library Function Node. It will call a DLL or shared library function directly.
