For this type of thing, you might want to import custom images (from Photoshop, or perhaps AI generated images?) then overlay with LabVIEW controls and indicators.
I developed several LabVIEW applications in the 1990s with animated graphical GUI elements. (The techniques were discussed in some detail in "LabVIEW GUI: Essential Techniques". The book was published in 2001 by McGraw-Hill around the time of LabVIEW 6i, so some of the techniques could use some updating, but there are still some helpful directions in that book if you can find a copy.
Unfortunately, it is out of print now, but you can often find it on Amazon or score a good deal on a used bookstore website if you are interested.

Extending LabVIEW GUIs with rich graphics can add value and usability advantages if done correctly, and with an eye to human factors principles. (All of this is discussed in LabVIEW GUI: Essential Techniques...) Good luck with taking your LabVIEW GUIs to the next level!
