send data via TCP

Hi everyone

I am still here with another problem!!!!

I have a VI running on a Touch Computer Panel that acquires and saves data in txt. files continuosly. Look at the file attached.

Since the memory of the pc is not big enough, I save a file every 5 minutes. I would like to send automatically this file to another computer, or server, via web. Looking on the forum and in the examples, I saw that this operation can be made but I don't know how to operate. I know I need to create a Simple Data Server VI to send the data and a Simple Data Client VI to receive the data but I don't know where and how to place these VIs on my VI?

Another question, do I need to save or create some particular VI in the computer where I will send my files?
