问个VISA Serial configuration 的问题

两个月前好好的，今天再试时出现了这样一个问题，
错误：1073807202发生于VISA Configure Serial Port(Instr).vi->xinchuan3.vi中的属性节点。
可能原因
VISA：（Hex 0xBFFF009E) A Code library required by VISA  could not be located or loaded.
问高手这是什么原因啊，以前还好好的。

By looking at the error code, your problem is that you did not install NI-VISA. It's on the drivers CD or you can download it from the support link at the top of the page. You could have done a search of the code and found this problem discussed numerous times.

我后来下载了，也安装了NI-VISA，可是，还是运行时出现了这样的另一种错误错误。

VISA：（Hex 0XBFFF0011)

Insufficient location information or the device or resource is not present in the system.

这又不懂了。

谢谢，链接我也看过了，可是没有得到思路，最后我把LABVIEW的所有东西发了半个上午给全卸了，然后又把我的7.1给装了一篇，好了，又能用了，虽然VISA是3.1的。但能用就行了。
