How to communicate with a chip through USB in Labview?

Hi,

I would like to use Labview to communicate with a chip connected to the PC by USB, i know TCL (Tool command language) can do this job, anyone knows whether Labview can do it or can the TCL be integrated in Labview to do this job?

How you would use LabVIEW would depend on how the USB device is configured. I'm not that familiar with TCL. Do you have any information on how TCL does the communication?

I don't think that answers my question. Isn't mdio and usb two completely different protocols?

What tcl command do you use to communicate with your usb device?
