Can anyone help me, please?

Hi Aleksey,

It looks like you are using one of our legacy drivers NI-DAQ. Which version of this driver as well as which version of LabVIEW are you running? You can check the versions under My System >> Software in NI MAX. You may need to update to the DAQmx driver. Which operating system do you have?

What changed between when it was working and now?

Hi,
LabVIEW Run-time 6.1 and 8.0 version (i attach photo), MAX 4.2.1.3001. Operating system Windows XP version 2002 SP2. If program build in old version LabVIEW, can it work with new driver?

Honestly, i dont know, how it was working before. The device was idle a long time, now we a trying to launch it.

Please refer to this document to ensure the version of NI-DAQ that you have is compatible with LabVIEW run-time 6.1 or 8.0: https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/compatibility/17/traditional-ni-daq--legacy--and-labview....

Those versions are too old to work with the new driver. I believe you must have at least version 8.5.

Does the device show up in Device Manager? If so, what is the associated driver? Have you tried reinstalling the NI-DAQ driver?

Yeah, installed NI-DAQ Traditional 7.4.4, compatible with that LabVIEW version

Device is not visible in windows Device Manager and in unidentified devices as well. We try reinstall NI-DAQ, then install newer version, but that don't help

I would try force reinstalling NI-DAQ just to be sure. You can follow this KB to force reinstall: https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000YGwJCAW&l=en-US

This will do a more complete reinstall of the driver.
