ACQUIRE SIGNAL FROM OSCIILOSCOPE

For older versions like 8.2.1 you can try Tools> Instrumentation>Find Instrument Drivers or you can get the driver from IDNet

I solved the problem but now  I am fetching new problem and that is if I am acquiring wave form from function generator then I am successful but when I am trying to acquire signal from my another device which has frequency range in GHz that time I am not able to communicate.

So when you are commanding a certain instrument you can't talk to the oscilloscope?  Do they have the same GPIB address?

Then obviously, change the address of one of them. Each instrument must have a unique address. There are numerous GPIB tutorials available and it sounds like you would benefit from taking one to better understand what you are trying to do.
