Hey hakemass,
Although LabVIEW is development environment for the RIO platform, you still need the NI-RIO driver for LabVIEW to know how to communicate with the RIO devices.
As far as the download speed, it is about a 4.5GB file so it could definintely take a bit to download based on your internet connection speed.

I have got this after formatting :
It is noted that nothing is available and that the device is not connected !
where before formatting, at least the device is connected, and no software was installed.
How can I connect my device (NI single board rio 9632) and install softwares in it ?
