Agilent 34970A communication issue with labview 2012

Dear All, we have a labview software to control Agilent 34970 acquisition switch unit, we found when issue command write/read in NI MAX, it works well and RMT and ADRS (refer to listen and talk) LEDS are ON. but in labview software run, same command issued to 34970A, it shows non existent GPIB interface error. PC use GPIB-USB-HS converter to communicate with 34970A, it set to GPIB0 in NI MAX, and 34970A primary address set to 7 in both NI MAX, labview software and the 34970A instrument. we install labview 2012 professional development and NI device driver 2015 in the dev PC. labview software and error printscreen as attached. appreciate for your helps since we need fix it as soon as possible. I found to add attachment to the post not works. don't know why. initially when issue command in labview to 34970A, 34970A show error ID550: not able to execute command in local mode. then we contact local Agilent technical support, they say it need install IO libraries from http://www.keysight.com/main/software.jspx?cc=AU&lc=eng&ckey=2175637&nid=-33330.977662&id=2175637 after the IO libraries installed, no ID 550 error occurs, but non existence GPIB interface error found. we also contact local NI support, they say if NI 488.2 and NI Visa installed, no other device driver need to install. NI 488.2 15.0 and NI Visa 15.0.0, NI Visa runtime 15.0.0 installed in our development PC.
