Agilent DSO6054A driver ID query failure

I am trying to get the drivers for the Agilent DSO6054A Scopes.  I downloaded the Plug and Play version from the driver library off the NI site.  I have VISA 3.41.

When I run the sample waveform capture VI, I get an error that says:

Error - 1074003951 occurred at an unidentified location

Possible reason(s):
 AG6000A Initialize
The ID Query failed.  This may mean that you selected the wrong instrument or your instrument did not respond.  You may also be using a model that is not officially supported by this driver.  If you are sure that you have selected the correct instrument and it is responding, try disabling the ID Query.

I'm sure that I have the right GPIB address for the scope.  When I disable the ID query, I get a flat waveform at 0 back when it should be a sine wave.  I downloaded the drivers from here:  http://sine.ni.com/apps/we/niid_web_display.download_page?p_id_guid=0D3F5F0998FE61CAE0440003BA7CCD71

I have also tried the IVI drivers which also did not work.

Had anyone else had this problem?

Upon further troubleshooting, I found that the cable connected to the Scope was faulty.  This fixed the error.
