Agilent Technologies Turbo-V 750/850 ag Rack Controller Driver

So I'm looking to connect a Agilent Technologies (now Keysight) Turbo-V 750/850 ag Rack Controller to LabVIEW 2019 through serial. However, after emailing agilent, I found that no driver existed. After some searching around on the web, I hit a dead end. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has already created a driver for this technology or a driver for something similar that I could work off of. I want to note that I have very little experience with LabVIEW and any help would be helpful.
