Agilent U2700 series: How can I read more than 1250 sample point from the waveform memory of a U2701A/U2702A?

I’m using  an Agilent U2702A oscilloscope with LabVIEW 8.2 and I’m having the same problem. I kindly need some help.

Sorry I never solved it with that scope.

I tried installing the software that came with it (there was masses of it) and it just crashed.

So I sent it back and got a 3206b Picoscope which worked fine, millions of points (and it was fast, cool, quiet and no extra PSU required).

Installing all kinds of agilent software probably also installs Agilents way of communicating and in that way generating a problem with the NI-libraries.

Hi guys, hope everything turned out well.

So I'm wandering whether there are any problems with the USB on the U2718A, have you guys experienced any instable data communications? perhaps during a long period logging?

I was planning to buy it unitl I found this thread.

There seems to be a solution that just needs to be implemented in the LV driver.

It is listed in the DLL functions. Anyone tried it ?

The LabVIEW wrapper was originally created with an older version of the Agilent driver.

We are currently looking to this issue.  It seems the LabVIEW wrapper will have to be re-generated with the current DLL (1.3.5.0).
